Steamed Potatoes

Utensils:

3qt SAUCEPAN OR 4qt ROASTER or SMALL SKILLET, STEAMER INSET & FOOD PROCESSOR
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Directions:

Place 2 inches of water in bottom of pan and bring to a boil. Cut potato on the #3 cone into Food press and place over boiling water. Stove should be at high heat. Cook for 8-12 minutes. Onion can be added if desired.
